Our delay times are normally within 24 to 48 hours from drop off exceptions my occur but its rare, we carry a wide inventory for Jura, Saeco and Gaggia to avoid wait times which can be up to 3 weeks when on need to order parts.

Des exceptions peuvent se produire, mais c'est rare, nous disposons d'un large inventaire pour Jura, Saeco et Gaggia afin d'éviter des temps d'attente qui peuvent aller jusqu'à 3 semaines lorsqu'il est nécessaire de commander des pièces.

Extended Warranty Option:

​

Add $150 to your repair and we will warranty our repair and labor for 1 year, add $250 and we will warranty our repair and labor for 2 years, notice the warranty will only apply for the work we have done in the machine and the parts that we have replace, but new parts that we have to replace will be discount 10 %

Bonus with the extended warranty:

- 10 % discount on new parts replaced.

- 10 % discount on accessories and cleaning products.

- 10 % discount on coffee.

- Free General verification on the machine after the warranty expiration, brew group, grinder, boiler sensors (Delay time of 24 hour max).

- Priority on waiting time if the unit present problems within the warranty (Delay time of 24 hours maximum unless we have to order the part, we carry a large stock of parts).

- Extended warranty will apply also for sold equipment, normally we offer 1 year warranty on sold equipment but the customer will have the option to buy an extra year of warranty.

Info: We charge a deposit of $100 deductible in all repairs, if customer decides not to repair the equipment the deposit will be lost or will be credited upon purchase of new equipment!

Información: Cobramos un depósito de $100 deducible en todas las reparaciones, si el cliente decide no reparar el equipo, el depósito se perderá o se acreditará en la compra de equipo nuevo.

All equipment sold by Saeco Service Florida has warranty; Repair equipment has minimum 3 months warranty depending on cost of repair on labor and parts replaced.

Estimation fees are $120 for home equipment(Except High end models which is $150), $150 on Jura espresso machines and $220 for Miele machines and Jura commercial and Semi-Commercial equipment, Non Refundable but deductible in any repair, purchase, sale or exchange, info available before proceeding with the repairs.

Labor Cost on super automatic high end models is $150 

Repairs that will cost $300 dollars or more will be automatically consulted with the client to get approval before proceeding with the repairs.

Todos los artículos vendidos por Saeco Service Florida tienen garantía, los equipos reparados también tienen una garantía de 3 meses mínimo dependiendo del costo de la reparación, en mano de obra y partes que hayan sido reemplazadas

Las estimaciones tienen un valor de $120 para equipos domésticos(Excepto modelos de gama alta el cual es $150), $150 para maquinas marca Jura  y $220 para Equipos  Miele y equipos Jura comerciales y semi-comerciales, No Reembolsables pero deducibles en cualquier reparación, compra o intercambio

La mano de obra para Equipos super automaticos de alta gama es de $150 

Las reparaciones que cuesten $300 dólares o más serán automáticamente consultadas con el cliente para obtener aprobación antes de proceder con las reparaciones.

Tous les articles vendus par Saeco Service Florida sont garantis, l'équipement réparé est également garanti 3 mois minimum cependant le montant sur la main-d'œuvre et les pièces qui ont été remplacées. Les estimations ont une valeur de 120 $ pour l'équipement domestique, 150 $ pour les machines Jura et 220 $ pour Miele et pour l'équipement Jura commercial et semi-comercial, non remboursables mais déductibles pour toute réparation, achat ou échange Informations disponibles avant de procéder à toute réparation.

La Main-d'œuvre pour les modèles super automatiques d`haute gamme coute $150

Les réparations de 300 $ ou plus seront automatiquement consultées avec le client pour approbation avant de procéder aux réparations.

Notice: All equipment that hasn't been recover within 90 days since the invoice was sent will be consider abandoned and will be recycled, the customer will not have the right to claim for the equipment.

Aviso: Todo equipo que no haya sido recuperado después de 90 días de enviar la factura sera considerado abandonado y sera reciclado, el cliente no tendrá derecho a reclamación por el equipo.

Remarque :  Tout matériel qui n'aura pas été récupéré au bout de 90 jours après l'envoi de la facture sera considéré comme abandonné et sera recyclé, le client n'aura pas droit à réclamer le matériel.
